Head of Sales & Marketing (In-app mobile)

A digital marketing agency that is currently successfully promoting products and brands in the iGaming industry and is undergoing active growth and development is looking for a talented leader to fill the position of Head of Sales & Marketing for a separate new direction!


  • Sales strategy development (product analysis, sales funnel, customer segmentation, positioning policy, customer profile definition, market and competitor analysis);

  • Planning (setting annual and quarterly goals and activities for sales and marketing), budgeting, cost control and evaluation of their effectiveness;

  • Adaptation of sales and marketing processes to mobile, definition of KPIs;

  • Analyzing the performance of the unit;

  • Independent search and further onboarding of sources;

  • Team management (hiring, adaptation, retention, development).

    We expect from the candidate:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in an advertising or marketing agency.

  • Ability to manage a team, motivate staff to achieve goals, develop their skills and performance.

  • Understanding of the advertising market, trends, strategies and methods. Knowledge of the main advertising platforms and tools, knowledge of the Russian market, and how to move to the burgeoning market.

  • Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies, build long-term development plans, and adapt them to rapidly changing market conditions.

  • Analytical mindset, able to identify weaknesses and strengths, as well as suggest improvements and optimization of processes.

  • Confident spoken and written English - minimum B2

  • Ability to attend conferences in Europe
